镀锌桥架板材有哪些分类

        云南桥架厂分为普通镀锌桥架、热浸锌桥架、合金化镀锌钢板桥架等，根据不同的场合使用不同的板材。

        云南热浸镀锌桥架钢板。将薄钢板浸入熔解的锌槽中，使其外表粘附一层锌的薄钢板。目前次要采用延续镀锌工艺消费，即把成卷的钢板延续浸在熔解有锌的镀槽中制成镀锌钢板;

　　云南合金化镀锌桥架钢板。这种钢板也是用热浸法制造，但在出槽后，立刻把它加热到500℃左右，使其生成锌和铁的合金薄膜。这种镀锌板具有良好的涂料的密着性和焊接性;

       云南电镀锌桥架钢板。用电镀法制造这种镀锌钢板具有良好的加工性。但镀层较薄，耐腐蚀性不如热浸法镀锌板;

      云南单面镀和双面差镀锌桥架钢板。单面镀锌钢板，即只在一面镀锌的产品。在焊接、涂装、防锈处置、加工等方面，具有比双面镀锌板更好的适应性。为克制单面未涂锌的缺陷，又有一种在另面涂以薄层锌的镀锌板，即双面差镀锌板;

Yunnan alloyed galvanized bridge frame steel plate. This steel plate is also made by hot dip method, but after the tank, it is immediately heated to about 500℃, so that it produces zinc and iron alloy film. This galvanized sheet has good coating tightness and weldability;

Yunnan Electric galvanized bridge frame steel plate. There is good processability in making this galvanized steel sheet by electroplating. But the coating is thinner, corrosion resistance than hot dip galvanized sheet;

Yunnan single - sided and double - sided galvanized bridge steel plate. A single galvanized steel sheet is a product that is galvanized on only one side. In welding, painting, rust treatment, processing and other aspects, has better adaptability than double galvanized sheet. In order to control the defect of uncoated zinc on one side, there is another galvanized sheet coated with thin layer of zinc on the other side, namely two-sided differential galvanized sheet;
