金属电缆桥架安装

一、施工准备。
One.  Construction preparation.
   确保电缆桥架无棱刺猬、无翘边、无变形、平面光滑平整，根据膨胀螺栓的芯钉敲入程度判断膨胀螺栓的松紧程度。
   To ensure that the cable bridge has no prismatic hedgehog, no warping edge, no deformation, smooth flat plane, according to the degree of the core nail entry of the expansion bolt to judge the tightness of the expansion bolt.
   准备安装电缆桥架用辅助工具：钻头、焊条、调和漆、焊锡、焊剂。
   Auxiliary tools for installing cable tray: drill bit, welding rod, blending paint, solder and flux.
   准备安装电缆桥架用的主要工具：铅笔卷尺用于测量定位、切割机用于切割材料、电钻用于、钻孔。
   The main tools for installing the cable tray are: Pencil tape, measuring positioning, cutting machine for cutting materials,electric drill, drilling.
   施工准备：土建结构、预留全部完成、土建顶棚、墙面喷浆全部完成。
   Construction preparation: civil structure, reserved all completed, civil construction ceiling, wall shotcrete are completed

二、操作流程
Two. Operation process
    用弹线定位确定电缆桥架位置，找水平垂直线、先干线后支线、线路中心弹线、分匀档距标记。
    The location of cable tray is determined by using bullet line location, horizontal vertical line, first trunk line rear branch line, line center elastic line and uniform span mark are found.
    吊架制作：钢材平直且无显著扭曲、切割机下料误差小于五毫米、切开无卷边光滑无毛刺。
    Hanger fabrication: straight steel and no significant distortion, cutting machine error less than five mm, cut withoutcurl smooth without burrs
    膨胀螺栓操作工艺：电缆桥架规格为300*100及其以下膨胀螺栓采用8*8，电缆桥架规格为300*100以上膨胀螺栓用10*8，膨胀螺栓钻孔直径的误差范围（+0.5，-0.3MM），深度误差不得超过+3MM,膨胀螺栓固定以后其头部偏斜小玉2MM.

The expansion bolt of the cable bridgeframe is more than 300*100, and the expansion bolt is 10*8, and the expansion bolt is bored.     吊架安装：根据图纸弹线定位、标出固定的位置、选择膨胀螺栓钻头、打孔并锁膨胀螺栓，进行桥架吊架安装。
    Hanger installation: according to the drawing line location, marking out the fixed position, choosing expansion bolt drill bit, punching and locking expansion bolt, bridge hanger installation.
