电缆桥架安装
电缆桥架安装主要步骤为: 立柱安装、托臂安装、桥架安装和接地线安装等。
一、电缆桥架安装的施工准备
1) 按照已批准的电缆桥架施工组织设计( 施工方案) 进行技术交底。

2) 按电缆桥架施工图测量放线、坐标和标高、走向，经复核符合设计要求。

3) 电缆桥架的实际需要量，根据工程情况进行统计，现场验收电缆桥架及其附件齐全，规格数量应符合设计要求。

4) 电缆桥架的安装宜在管道及空调工程基本施工完毕后进行。

5) 土建工程应全部结束且预留孔洞、预埋件符合设计要求，预埋件安装牢固、强度合格。
二、电缆桥架拼装

1) 托臂安装完工后，按电缆桥架施工图纸要求进行桥架拼装。拼装时须注意各层桥架型号，不得装错。

2) 用于组合桥架延续连接及附件连接的紧固螺栓均应注意螺栓安装方向，螺栓头应在桥架内侧( 安装电缆部位) ，螺母在外侧，螺栓长度
应适中。

3) 电缆桥架桥架在转弯或进行交叉、丁字连接时，应根据实际情况采用桥架标准弯头，注意宜先安装标准弯头，尤其是三通及四通标准弯头，而后从
弯头处开始，安装引向各方位的直线桥架，以免衔接不良。

二、电缆桥架拼装
