码头工程电缆桥架
一、海上码头电缆桥架的要求
1) 海上建设的码头一般设计采用综合支架 ,为便于在狭小的工作面施工作业 , 选用大跨度( 一般 6 m)电缆桥架。
2) 为适应海洋气候大温差而引起材料的热膨胀 , 在订货时要求厂家在每节桥架两端连接处和连接板的连接孔都做成长孔 。
3)连接螺栓应采用不锈钢 316L 螺栓 ,目的是耐腐蚀。

4)海上工程复合环氧树脂桥架与支架的固定采用舌型牙板,材质应为不锈钢,摒弃传统的焊接或钻孔固定连接方式。

5) 桥架与盖板的固定卡采用顶丝型不锈钢专用卡扣  。

二、海上码头电缆桥架安装工艺
1)   支架制作: 海上电缆桥架支架一般采用型钢现场加工 , 常规的托臂几乎用不上。
2)支架安装:  对于钢引桥, 支架安装应随桥梁的制作同步进行, 一般采用焊接的连接方式。
3)在桥架的直线段每隔 30 m 左右应设置 1 个不锈钢的专用伸缩节一层支架的横档暂不能安装, 在电缆敷设完后再进行封口安装。
4)当电缆桥架安装完成后 , 针对海上台风多的特点, 应在桥架与支架处另外安装抱箍。

3) the connection bolts should be made of stainless steel 316L bolts with the purpose of corrosion resistance.

4) the construction of composite epoxy resin frame and scaffold is based on tongue shaped dental plate, and the material should be stainless steel, and the traditional welding or drilling fixed connection mode is abandoned.

5) the fixed clamp of bridge and cover plate is made of top wire type stainless steel special fastener.

Two. Installation technology of cable bridge for marine Wharf

1) stent: sea cable bridge bracket generally adopts steel field processing, almost no conventional bracket.

2) bracket installation: for steel approach bridges, the installation of supports should be synchronized with the production of bridges, and the general way of welding is to connect them.

3) in the straight line of the bridge, every 30 m should be set up for 1 stainless steel expansion joints, which can not be installed temporarily. After the cable is finished, the seal is installed.

4) when the cable bridge is installed, according to the characteristics of many typhoons at sea, additional hoop should be installed at the bridge and support.
