新型复合电缆桥架研究

     目前市场上比较好点的电缆桥架，属于玻璃钢材料制作的，但随着市场的不断发展，玻璃钢桥架造价高，不环保等缺点也开始凸显出来，虽然玻璃钢电缆桥架能很好地做阻燃，但在遇到明火时能产生大量的浓烟，也建筑的消防安全造成很大的安全隐患。
    当前物价不断上涨，通货膨胀严重，电缆桥架的原材料涨价给低水平的传统电缆桥架带来巨大的冲击，传统桥架工艺水平低，制作简单，因此是一种附加值较低的产品，从价值创造的角度分析，传统的电缆桥架并没有创造多少价值。
    本文研究一种高分子和无机阻燃烧材料的有机的防火环保材料电缆桥架。
    它从市场需求出发，主要从以下几方面作改进提高：
    (1)传统电缆桥架变形问题。
  （2）提高电缆桥架防火、防水性能的关键技术。
  （3）电缆桥架的蒸汽碳化养护关键技术。
    这种新型电缆桥架具有导热系统低，组热性能好，刚性好，重量轻。

At present, the better cable bridge in the market is made of glass steel. However, with the continuous development of the market, the cost of the FRP Bridge is high, and the disadvantages of environmental protection are also highlighted.
FRP cable rack can well make fire retardant, but it can generate a lot of smoke when exposed to open fire, and also cause great security risks for building fire safety.
At present, prices are rising and inflation is serious. The price increase of the raw material of cable bridge brings great impact on the low level traditional cable bridge. The traditional bridge technology is low, and the production is simple.
One is a product with low added value. From the perspective of value creation, the traditional cable tray does not create much value.
In this paper, a kind of organic fireproof and environmental protection material cable bridge with polymer and inorganic resistance combustion material is studied.
From the perspective of market demand, it improves mainly from the following aspects.
(1) the problem of the deformation of the traditional cable bridge.
(2) improve the key technology of fire protection and waterproof performance of cable tray.
(3) key technologies for steam carbonization maintenance of cable tray.
This new cable tray has low thermal conductivity, good thermal performance, good rigidity and light weight.
The parameters of all kinds of cable bridges are compared.
