电缆桥架设计防水和操作边封温度过高问题
(一)加热电缆桥架在槽上比较适合用阶梯电缆桥架,结构排布采用靠近距离一边的树形结构形势。
(二)为了电缆桥架的美观和封闭,控制室到顶部采用托盘电缆桥架。
(三)控制检测电缆桥架选用全封闭式或者托盘电缆桥架,施工时务必离开。
(四)引上槽顶部的仪表电缆桥架一定要避开封热源和桥架的操作段。
(五)电缆桥架与节连接时螺丝帽一定要在里面,螺母在外面,以避免损伤电缆。
(六)桥架引出端管焊接时,尽量不要在里面焊接,避免损坏电缆。
(七)电缆桥架在转弯时,要增加支架的数量。
无论动力电缆桥架还是仪表电缆桥架,如果从美观和防尘来看,一定要选择全封闭和槽式电缆桥架。
